Comment faire/outil pour sheetmetal embossing?
J'Ai deja travaillé avec un outil spécial qui permettait de faire le embossing. C'était en deux partie, une partie male en dôme, et la partie femelle inversée. Quand tu les mettait de chaque part d'une tole de carrosserie et que tu les pressait, ca créait un genre de relief qui donnait un look plus "oem" aux trous qui étaient percés. Est-ce que ca fais du sens ce que je dis? Quelqu'un a un idée de comment ca s'appelle et ou ca se trouve?

yep, et j'ai trouvé! Hole flare-Swage tool.
Seule chose, j'ai repensé a mon affaire, et ca marchera pas pour solidifier ma bracket en L

Exact. En Aéronautique c'est très commun. "Lightening hole" Trou d’allègement et non trou d'éclair!!! 
Tu allège mais en même temps tu ajoute de la force à ton assemblé. Je sais de kossé je parle. Je suis "Tool and Die maker" par métier.
