Due to the recent growth of the Company we are looking to complement the Development Team with an Application Developer. You will be working in a team of developers with a high level of independence . Over time you will take responsibility for dedicated functionality, including the design of functional, developing the functionality and supporting it through its lifecycle.

Position Overview
Responsible for complete software development lifecycle including analysis, design, code and unit test. Serve as Subject Matter Expert answering questions and resolving defects that cannot be handled by customer or release support.

Key Responsibilities
•Participate to the technical & functional architecture design.
•Create function/design specifications based on customer or internally defined requirements and provide estimate as to level of effort required to design, code and unit test.
•Perform coding as defined by design specifications to meet documented programming standards and needs to be delivered within the projected schedule.
•Unit test the code to ensure design specifications have been met and defects have been resolved.
•Support Clients/System/Integration Test to promptly resolve reported defects. Provide 2nd level support on product.
•Provide progress reports and estimated effort necessary to complete assigned tasks.
•Acquire and maintain an in-depth understanding of software modules in assigned area of responsibility.
•Providing documentation on coding/testing of product.
•Independent technical research on new technologies relevant to DynaFlow Solutions.

Education & Skill Requirements
•Strong experience in OO Analysis / Design / Programming
•3+ years experience in C# / ASP.Net MVC / Javascript
•Strong experience in SQL queries
•Experience with PostgreSQL a plus
•Experience with DevExpress componentns a serious plus
•Experience with NT Services and Web Services programming
•Experience with Team Foundation Server a plus
•Experience with Business Modeling, Workflow Automation, Baan ERP, SOX a serious plus
•Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a fast-paced team setting
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Strong problem solving and research capabilities
•Motivated self-starter
•Interest in mentoring junior staff
•Ability to communicate in both French and English

Un externe tu as aucune securite d'emploi, souvent c'est pas des longs contrats genre 6 mois alors le salaire plus haut compense pour quand tu travailles pas pis tu es entre 2 contrats. Tu peux etre a temps partiel sur 3 contrats en meme temps aussi par exemple

Chez nous on a des consultants à 100$ de l'heure depuis 3 ans
Mais bon ils sont obligés de passer par des pimps qui prennent 15%. Ca fait quand même pas mal de cash.

Par contre j'aime bien ma job...
